Luciana Magnoli is a graduate of the Sign Language Interpreting Program at Georgia Perimeter College. Originally from Brazil, she has lived in New York most of her life.
She earned a BA in Communications and Theatre from SUNY Brockport and moved to NYC to pursue a career in the theatre after graduation. After many years of acting in NYC, she fell in love with sign language after a trip to Gallaudet University in Washington DC. She has been involved with the Deaf community since 2007 and has fought hard for the rights of Deaf members in recovery both in Atlanta and NY.
She has done many hours of service for the Deaf community including Atlanta Pride, Atlanta Area School for the Deaf, GACHI, DeafSober and more. The mother to 2 young boys, ages 8 and 5, she lives in Roswell and is currently a Freelance and Educational Interpreter in GA. She is thrilled to be a part of Virginia-Highlands Church.
